Filled out the form, added attachments and sent it off? Great! Next you will receive our confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Before the interview, you will receive further information about the meeting process.
We finally get to know each other. This can take place virtually or in person in Radeberg. For us, it's all about your previous experience, expectations, goals - and of course questions.
Have we hit it off? Then welcome to our CUP family! We will issue the employment contract and make further preparations in our team.
Here we go. You will be assigned an introductory mentor to make it easier for you to familiarize yourself with the system and everything that goes with it.
